Artwork Research Featured On NIST News!
Dr. Pavlidis’ contribution to preserving historic oil paintings was featured on the NIST news website! While a researcher at NIST, Dr. Pavlidis collaborated with the National Gallery of Art (NGA), to generate nanoscale chemical maps of artwork. This helped identify the formation of detrimental metal soaps.
