Mechanical Engineering

John has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UConn (2011) and Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering also from UConn (2015). Prior to starting his PhD he worked for several defense companies in technical roles involving convective heat transfer and electronics cooling. He likes to snowboard and play soccer. He occasionally writes fiction and has been published in a small regional literature magazine.
